Early days

I cut my teeth at DNA London (part of Digitas) as a copy intern on Nissan’s digital account. I started out writing campaign, mobile-first and user journey copy, before graduating to junior copywriter. From here, I collaborated with pioneering designers, art directors and motion creatives; a personal highlight was having our work featured on creativereview.co.uk.

Thinking big

From cars to concepts, I (technically) moved within the network (but stayed in the same building) to work on conceptual briefs for Kitcatt Nohr. I progressed to midweight by coming up with ideas for clients like Dogs Trust and Macmillan Cancer Support, while acting as the go-to copywriter for Nissan and Delta.

Towards the end of this stint, I was accepted onto The Future Writers’ Lab, and I helped create a short documentary-style film about the founder of Innocent Drinks.

More recently, I’ve been working with visionary startups and social enterprises as a freelancer. I had the honour of working with TED fellow and founder of CanDo Action Dr. Rola Hallam, to define a concept for the launch of a new crowdfunding platform.

Out of hours

I’m a proper music geek and I work with producers to develop concepts for tracks, titles for mix series and song lyrics, I occasionally DJ too. My passion for music inspired me to create this website. I also send people compliments on social media, and I love to swim.
